Join me for an afternoon of community, wise counsel & ceremony to craft your own Totemic (animal-kin) Mask.
For thousands of years, and across many diverse cultures, masks have been used in ritual and ceremony as a tool to cross liminal thresholds. When crafted with intention, mask-wearing can be an invocation of our instinctual-animal body (anima), and a powerful vessel of transformation.
In this workshop, we honour that ancient impulse by creating a totemic animal mask — a symbolic face that reflects instinct, intuition, and the animal kinship that lives within us all.
Once registered participants will receive prompts on ‘calling in their animal-kin’ and ways to work with animistic energy. I will be hosting an online call on Wednesday 11th March from 7-8pm to answer any questions and further your exploration.
This workshop will be held in a relaxed-ceremonial manner, shifting between deep process and communal creativity. A collection of art / crafts will be supplied (including your mask), however, I encourage you to seek, thrift and / or gather embellishments that compliment your chosen animal-kin.
